The Blue Lagoon is a thermal swimming pool. The spa is located on the Reykjanes peninsula, near Grindavík. The lagoon is fed by water from the Svartsengi geothermal plant. the water reaches a temperature of 37-39.
Brimketill is a small, naturally carved pool, by marine erosion, at the lava shore edge west of the town of Grindavik.
